PCM full form & explained

PCM : Physics, Chemistry, Maths

In some cases you fill job form, they ask you to pass with PCM or PCB, then it means you should pass out in Physics, Chemistry, Maths.

Physics, Chemistry and Maths are subject of Science in 10+1 and +2.

If you want to become engineers or any scientists in physics or math you have to take non-medical in +1, +2 class.

If you haven't interested in mathematics, you can take chemistry instead of maths. This is called medical with PCB : Physics, Chemistry, Biology.

Non-medical and medical are two year classes, which should pass from recognised board.
